This patch adds support for CallableStatements returning ResultSet in the PostgreSQLDialect by providing an implementation for:

    public int registerResultSetOutParameter(CallableStatement statement, int col) throws SQLException

and

    public ResultSet getResultSet(CallableStatement ps) throws SQLException

It follows the coding outlined in the PostgreSQL documentation at
