Isn´t IBM client, but they are old systems with run in SUn JDK 1.3.1 and the T.I. mysteriously do not upgrade the  version, but they require use of Hibernate (because Hibernate announces compatibility with this version of old JDK).

I cannot force an update in the server, but my application need to run in this environment with Hibernate final release. 

If Hibernate Team decides for EOL of Sun, please remove of site this compatibility.
