A first version offering a 'batch' flag in LuceneWork allowing the Workspace to return an IndexReader depending on the index type (session vs. rgular indexing).

The attached code will switch to batch indexing if at least one of the LuceneWork instances in the LuceneBackendQueueProcessor queue has the 'batch' mode flag set.

This code needs still more testing.
