ProxyBreakingTest fails on setups with case sensitive file systems, it looks for Hammer.hbm.xml but the file is hammer.hbm.xml (lowercase initial "h") in svn.  Fix attached; an alternative would be to rename hammer.hbm.xml -> Hammer.hbm.xml in svn.
