Hibernate Queries provide a hook to adjust the results. Especially when doing a projection, the application can return List<Map>, List<Object> rather than the default List<Object[]>
It's quite handy, and we can reuse the same mechanism for Hibernate Search queries.
Basically add a setResultTransformer method to the query APIs and use it when the Object[] from the projection is ready.
