in Workspace, remove "getIndexReader()" and all references to an IndexReader.
In LuceneWorkDelegate and all implementations, remove "performWork(LuceneWork work, IndexReader reader)"
Simplify PerDPQueueProcessor as no "best strategy choice" makes sense anymore.
