Configuration are not loading due to ClassNotFound exception on entities when using WTP dynamic web project

Not able to get a working configuration due to ClassNotFoundException on the first entity in the hibernate.cfg.xml. 
This occur with WTP dynamic web projects.
Use the simple project in attachment to reproduce.
