It would be easier to contribute to the project if hibernate tools were a Maven based project. Some Hibernate projects are Maven based and are hosted under http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/hibernate/core/trunk/ and Ant based projects are under http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/hibernate/branches/Branch_3_2/HibernateExt/. We can help in moving Hibernate Tools to a Maven based project so that it can be hosted under http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/hibernate/core/trunk/. This way, contributing to Hibernate Tools would be much easier.

We have already much of the work done and can contribute it pretty soon.
