ConfigurationPerformanceTest is currently fulfilling 2 roles:
1) Making sure that Configuration and cacheable files functional work
2) Providing a look at the performance characteristics of building a session factory with lots of defined mappings.

Split these functions out in two:
1) testsuite/src/test/java/org/hibernate/test/cfg/CacheableFileTest <- functional test
2) testsuite/src/perf/java/org/hibernate/test/perf/ConfigurationPerformanceTest <- perf test
