3.5 renamed the cache-jbosscache module's org.hibernate.cache.jbc2 package to jbc. There were a few classes in that package whose classnames were documented values for the hibernate.cache.regionfactory config property. So to make it easier to move to 3.5 I'll restore those classes. They'll just be @Deprecated subclasses of the jbc-package versions.

Part of this task will be updating the docs to use the new package.
