The issue is actually fixed now. If you click on the FishEye tab you can see the changes for the issue. The actual problem was in DocumentBuilderContainedEntity.java

You can build HSearch from source and get the fix automatically. You can also check out the tag of the HSearch version you are using at the moment and apply the changes to DocumentBuilderContainedEntity and re-compile.
