Nicklas, thanks for the patch.

I've verified that this patch would apply to 3.5.1 and that Hibernate, itself, does not use iterator() or the toArray() methods.

It would affect any applications that use IdentitySet though.

Steve, should I apply this patch to Branch_3_5 or trunk?
