When we encounter a modulus operator in HQL, it would be nice to convert that tree to a mod() function call against dialects which do not support a modulus operator.  Currently dialects do not report whether they support modulus, so we'd either need to add such a method or inversely look up the function registered under "mod" and use that if one found.
