Using Hibernate under OSGi caused me trouble because /META-INF/persistence.xml and /META-INF/orm.xml can't be accessed the way the Entity-Manger tries to do. So I extended JarVisitorFactory.java to be able to deal with URLs starting with "bundleresource://". If such an URL is requested the above mentioned files are fetched and stored in a JAR in the temporary directory (e.g. /tmp). The method then returns the "file://" URL to this JAR file.
Maybe this extension could be useful for others too.
