    * checkout the trunk version http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/hibernate/core/trunk
    * update or add a test in entitymanager/src/test/ to reproduce your issue
    * update org.hibernate.ejb.AbstractQueryImpl.java with your fix
    * create two patches using "svn diff" (one for your test and one for your fix), and attach to this issue
