I am not using Envers, but unfortunately, trying to get the code from the trunk doesn't work.
For some reason I'm missing classes and other code stops compiling.

It sounds reasonable that HHH-3798 could be the same issue as what I'm seeing.
I'll wait for 3.5.2 to verify the fix works also for me.
