Still todo, I really want to clean up the "follow these steps" section.  Part of that is pulling the tutorial stuff out of the main source tree, hosting it somewhere and reference it from the doco.  Part of it is the general structure.

Partially waiting on getting some "well known" url redirects set up so that we can use them from within the documentation.
