Sorry for the VERY late response but I had some other problems to deal with on a project. Emmanuel, I've used the snapshot lib you suggested but that didn't change anything. The indexing times are not improved. I've also run tests using the latest version of hibernate: 3.6.0.Final, hibernate-search 3.3.0.CR1, lucene-corep-3.0.2, lucene-analyzers-3.0.2, lucene-snowball-2.9.3, solr-core-1.4.1, solr-solrj-1.4.1 and I get the exact behaviour. No improvement in indexing times.

This behaviour prevents me from indexing object associations in my project. What should I do?
