As discussed on mailing list, several people get the transaction manager configuration wrong, and wen pointed to the documentation they can't find any reference to GlassFish.

It appears that they should use SunONETransactionManagerLookup, I'd like to see this mentioned in the documentation, and maybe even subclassed to a new name to minimize any doubt.
