I committed the changes and pushed a SNAPSHOT of the latest meta model generator to https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/public/org/hibernate/hibernate-jpamodelgen/1.1.0-SNAPSHOT
It would be great if you could test it and let me know whether this fixes your provblem
