    Fix Version/s:     (was: 3.3.0)
                   3.3.0.Beta3

Moved the assembly into the parent pom. More intuitive now. The old setup was a legacy where we did not have a multi-module project. The new setup will also allows us to add additional jar files from other modules.
Also updated the scm configuration to refer to git repository.
