Added the script and added handling of SCM urls. The tagUrl works now also on branches.
Regarding the version guessing, I find it even quite useless in Maven. How would your guess the release version. For example during the whole 3.6.0 development cycle we use 3.6.0-SNAPSHOT as dev version. How would you guess the release version? (3.6.0.AlphaX, 3.6.0.BetaY, 3.6.0.CRZ)?
