Maven is not able to build the project unless you have previously installed snapshots as it can't find
{code}<relativePath>../../parent/pom.xml</relativePath>{code}.
I guess this wasn't noticeable until after changing the version from 3.6.3 to 3.6.4, as before the modules a 3.6.3 was existing, satisfying Maven checks.
