Split _TestUtil_ into two classes, one related to assertions, e.g. ConstraintViolationAssert and one for setting up Validators.
Also all setup and assertion methods should be checked for completeness and correctness. For example, _assertCorrectPropertyPaths_ should check the size of the property path array.
