_SearchTestCase_ already takes care of _FailureExpected_ and _SkipForDialect_, but not of _ at RequiresDialect_. Either we add support for _ at RequiresDialect_ to _SearchTestCase_ as well or we try to consolidate with _CustomRunner_.
