This bug is a duplicate of https://hibernate.onjira.com/browse/HSEARCH-1020 (or to be more honest, mine is a duplicate of yours).

I added your test case to the patch I submitted in HSEARCH-1020 (see https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-search/pull/220).
