I've made a first implementation of this feature at https://github.com/kevinpollet/hibernate-validator/commits/HV-94.
Feel free to comment my code on github :)

This implementation provides support of dynamic default group sequence definition in _Validator#validate_, _Validator#validateProperty_ and also for method validation.
