Gunnar Morling resolved HV-498.
-------------------------------

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: (was: 4.3.0.next)

As this issue is actually a problem with the javac compiler there isn't anything which could be done in HV to address it. See the comments for possible workarounds.
