There are different options to iterate the containers of a StatefulPersistenceContext, and these iteration operations happen frequently.
Usage of IdentityMap is able to cache cache the array it creates to provide a safe iteration during modifications, so I've collapsed all usage of the PersistenceContext to use less different iteration approaches, and this resulted in a small performance improvement and some code simplification.
