I took your work and refactored it a little to be able to be able to reuse the work for the CreditCard constraint as well. What do you think? 

Any chance you could provide validation error messages (at least in Brazilian, but maybe some appropriate English version as well)? Also an update to the documentation would be great. With these two things in place I think we are ready to finally pull this in.
