Hi, I just wanted to suggest a few UnitTests -- might be able to dedicate some time to it in the next month or so, but in the meantime, specifically some tests that span the Anti-Meridian (aka. the International Dateline) tend to be specific problems in spatial queries especially with bounding boxes. We have some tests in our project that could probably be easily adapted.
