Oh, and regarding the exception you're getting at projection time, it's expected: projections on multi-valued fields are not supported in Hibernate Search 5. It's going to be supported in Hibernate Search 6.0.0.Beta9 ( HSEARCH-3391 ( https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HSEARCH-3391 ) Resolved ). It seems like it works with Lucene, but it doesn't: you only get the first value ( HSEARCH-1895 ( https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HSEARCH-1895 ) Resolved )
