Well. I think we need to mark @MA/@MO with where in the hierarchy they  
should show up.
The doclet could then create partial XML files for each "group", which  
would be post-processed
by a freemarker template run into the final descriptor.

This actually like some interesting tooling that could be neat for  
other Jopr users
too.
