Yeah, can't find an easy way to integrate this and there's not an urgent 
reason to do so. RemoteCommandFactory will remain the same and for the 
JBMAR based solution, the externalizer that reads a 
StateTransferControlCommand will have such global component injected in 
similar fashion.
