[infinispan-dev] Documenting default values for maxThreads in asyncListenerExecutor, asyncTransportExecutor...

I think that makes sense. Any property @configPropertyRef element should point to this wiki so that defaults can be inspected. i.e.

* @configPropertyRef name="maxThreads",desc="Maximum number of threads for this executor. Default values can be found in http://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-12345"
