[infinispan-dev] Hotrod - removeIfUnmodified request

I think the value is needed :)
How would this be an atomic operation otherwise?
This is matching the semantics of
boolean java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentMap.remove(Object key, Object VALUE)

right?
