[infinispan-dev] docs moved

Status

* Wiki articles moved back to wiki :-)
* Docs sorted into
  - User Guide
  - Developing the Infinispan Framework Guide
  - Tutorials
  - FAQs

There is extensive work to do to get this all consistent etc. I will continue to work on it - but it will take me time.

I will add a style guide to the development guide for everyone to follow, asap.
