[infinispan-dev] 4.2.1.CR4 tag not visible in github

Hi guys,

I can't see 4.2.1.CR4 tag in github: 
https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan
It also doesn't appear to be present in the repo
I did git fetch --tags
and git tag -l 4.2.* doesn't show it.

is it only my local problem or does anyone else have it ?
