[infinispan-dev] maven-surefire-plugin version

Ok, time to upgrade. I used 2.12.2 for a while without issues, so I made 
a PR now that removes usages of old versions (2.9, 2.4.3-JBOSS) and 
2.13-SNAPSHOT.
