[infinispan-dev] Infinispan-CDI and compatibility with CDI 1.0

I was looking at this - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-1962 - and it seems as though it isn't even compliant with CDI 1.1.  What's the deal here?  I tried this using Weld-SE, both 1.1.5 (CDI 1.0) and 2.0.0.Alpha (CDI 1.1).
