Where?  I don't see it in https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/blob/master/cdi/extension/pom.xml or in https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/blob/master/cdi/tck-runner/pom.xml

And if Anna says it works with a newer version of TestNG, then why not give it a go?
