Thank you so much for these insights, Mircea.  

We are excited that you have confirmed that we can realize an "operate by
reference" capability. 

Also, we will definitely now steer clear of the lower level granular control
API/ tactics and look directly at the higher level usages afforded by the
Grouping API.   

Lots to learn.  We're now off to do the work.  Thanks again. -Ben
