[infinispan-dev] stabilize test suite

I am currently looking at https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-4389
which involves the StateTransferSuppressFor* tests.

Also after that I was planning on getting to
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-4384 which is a test that fails
spuriously CacheNotifierInitialTransferDistTest
