[infinispan-dev] REST content directory

Hey,

A while ago I noticed that we have static directory with some information
about REST interface in the feature pack [1]. The directory is put in the
server distribution ($ISPN_HOME/rest).

Our REST server doesn't host those files when accessing /rest context. We
host [2] in this scenario. Those two web pages differ from each other and I
must admit, that [1] is much better.

I would like to propose removing [1] from the feature pack and serving it
in the /rest context. Would you agree?

Thanks,
Sebastian
