[infinispan-dev] Infinispan Server 9.3.0.Final Zip is missing

I'm not sure. There has been some changes in that area recently. I'll let
others comment.

AFAIK, the ZIP available from Maven is not the full server, but a base
server which on startup downloads dependencies.

In the mean time, the ZIP file should be available from here which is
really the full server with all the dependencies.
http://downloads.jboss.org/infinispan/9.3.0.Final/infinispan-server-9.3.0.Final.zip
