Cas storage operations and corresponding EXISTS and NOT_FOUND responses, so still todo:

Implement and test:
• noreply option for storage cmds // Can't find any trace how to do this with spymemcached, maybe need something diff for this.
• delete cmd
• incr/decr cmds
• stats cmd
• flush_all cmd
• version cmd
• quit cmd
