Simple case:

Joiner J joins a cluster, and a process on the joiner attempts to GET a key K.  Assume K is mapped to J in the consistent hash algorithm, and the rehash process has yet to complete, the DistributionInterceptor does not attempt to fetch this value from the cluster.
