I.e. RpcManagerImpl.getReplicationCount, RpcManagerImpl.getClusterSize() all return Strings and these were not being handled.

I'll change them to return ints since it's more logical but I will also improve CacheComponent so that it handles Strings and more importantly, log some ERROR or WARN if a particular type is not handled.
