RpcManagerImpl.replicationCount and RpcManagerImpl.numReplications do the same. Drop numReplications.

RpcManagerImpl.getAverageReplicationTime() should be calculated of RpcManagerImpl.replicationCount 

Finally, totalReplicationTime needs to be updated on invokeRemotely().
