Currently the version short that the VersionAwareMarshaller uses just reflects the Infinispan version.  This should be enough to deduce the wire protocol version to instruct JBM to use?  E.g., we know Infinispan 4.0.0 -> JBM protocol 2.  Infinispan 5.0.0 -> JBM protocol 3, etc.
